Payments and Policies

The following policies are subject to change accordingly, and with in reason, and added to.

Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours' notice for any lessons that may be missed, since we are driving to YOU(gas). We understand emergencies do occur, but are limited to 1 per package, unless we speak directly.
Thunderstorms do occur during the summer months; make-ups will be rescheduled based on availability.
Parent/ Caregiver or a legal guardian age 16 or older is required to be on the swimming pool deck at all times. It is not the job of a swim instructor to accompany a child to the restroom at any time. Highly encouraged to use the restroom prior to class beginning.
Water diapers are required for any child who is not potty-trained.
Some locations will not have access to a shower for our use, just a swimming pool and a restroom.
A $150 dollar non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, it will go towards total amount of lessons.
Any class held at a community pool, or location other then private residence must be pre-approved by the HOA, management... (I will not refund)
Puggle parties, must be pre-approved by the HOA prior to date.
All trial and pay-as-you-go lesson costs are due at the time of booking.
